There is no compliance module in Harbor that you fill in before an audit. Every review, offer, vet, visit and check-in is written down as it happens, by the person doing it, with the time, and filed against the requirement it evidences. When NZQA or the Code administrator asks, it is already there.When the regulator asks, it is already there.

One screen shows where every host and student stands.

Every host family and every student is scored against your obligations. Green means every record behind them is current. Amber means something falls due inside 30 days. Red means it has lapsed, and the row links to the fix. A clear row stays on the screen, so you can see that it is clear and not just absent.

Schools across the Tasman get the same screen for the Australian ESOS, National Code and CAAW obligations.

Attendance against the 80% threshold, critical incidents, complaints and appeals, PRISMS deadlines and the annual declaration are recorded as the work is done. Direct reporting to PRISMS is coming. The NZ Code view below shows the shape.

Every change is logged, and the log is never rewritten

A voided invoice stays on the record, marked void. A corrected date is logged with the old value, the new one, who changed it and when. An auditor sees what the school saw at the time.

Data stays in the region

Database and documents held in AWS Sydney under the NZ Privacy Act 2020. Student and host photos and documents are private and served only to people the school has authorised. The security overview, sent to your IT reviewer on request, lists every sub-processor.

Accessible by design

Harbor holds records about the care of teenagers living with strangers. WCAG 2.2 AA is the floor. Nothing important is hover only, and every consequence is stated in plain words before it happens.
