Your agents, your host families and the parents do their own part inside Harbor, so your office stops relaying and re-typing, from a desk or a phone. When a school asks for a change, it is usually live within the week. And from October, Harbor Connect promotes your school to over 1,000 agencies without you updating a thing.

Aiko SatoWritten agreement unsigned by the guardianAgreementResendWe recently transitioned to Harbor, and we are extremely pleased with our decision. What has impressed us most is their willingness to act on feedback and implement practical improvements that make a real difference to our day-to-day operations.
“That is always in the back of your mind: am I doing enough? It is good having a check-in like that.”

You answer for the programme, and once a year for the Code. Harbor lets you see where both stand without asking anyone, from wherever you are.

You carry the duty of care. Harbor carries the dates, the paperwork and the reminders, so the thing you carry home is smaller.
Many schools run international with one person and a part-time homestay manager. Harbor was set up so that person sees everything from one screen, and nothing depends on them remembering it.
Short check-ins go to the student, the host family and the parent by link, on the interval you set or on your term dates, with the holidays skipped. Most answers say all is well and go on file. The one that says "some concerns" opens a case on a named person's list that minute. The ones that do not answer are chased.
For the holidays, the parent or the agent sends a transfer-of-care plan by link and the school approves it, so every night of the break has a name against it before the term ends.

A tick is a part that kind of school can switch on; each is on or off per school at setup, so the office sees only what it uses.

Harbor keeps its database in AWS Sydney, but there is nothing for your office to design or maintain: no fields to build, no reports to write before you can use it. Everything a desktop database or a spreadsheet holds today is in Harbor already, entered once by the person who knows it, and the reports, exports and evidence come out of the same record.
Your policies and handbooks, searchable and cited, on a page families and staff can use. It is the same document library Harry answers from, and it works on its own for a school that wants the search before the rest.
A chatbot for your school's website that answers from your own documents, says where the answer came from, and hands the enquiry to your office with the family's details. One script tag. It runs with the full system or without it.
Every night a student sleeps somewhere goes on the record the day it happens. The placement. The weekend away. The short stay. The move to a new family. By the time the fortnight ends, Harbor already knows, so nobody spends the Friday pulling it together from notes, emails and a spreadsheet.
The pay run is one of many things Harbor does this way. It carries the arithmetic and the remembering, so a missed night or a double payment stops being one person’s risk to carry.

The agent lodges the enquiry and builds the roster. You send the quote, the MOU and the invoice from the same record. The students, the supervisors, the activities and the host families sit under the group, and each student still has a record of their own for the check-ins and the nights of care.

Every school on Harbor, on one public page each, for agencies and families to find. The page is drawn from the school's own settings, so there is nothing to update and nothing to re-send. Schools are promoted to over 1,000 agencies. Agencies find their next partner school from the login they already use.
For schools on Harbor that want to grow. Your programme promoted to families and agencies in the markets you choose, run for you all year, with every enquiry landing in Harbor. Details to come.
The next schools go live in October, the month Connect opens. A school on Harbor that day is promoted to the agencies from that day.

Your students, host families and agents are imported and your school is set up before anyone on your team logs in. Most of that happens in three or four days.
Thirty minutes, with your students, your host families and your agents already in the system. The person on the call has run an international office. Book now and you are on Harbor before Connect opens.
