The terms that apply to this website. Use of the Harbor platform is covered by your school's own agreement with us, not by this page.

Scope. These terms cover your use of this website, harbor.co.nz.
If your school, agency or family uses the Harbor platform at app.harbor.co.nz, that use is governed by the separate written agreement between Harbor Tech Limited and your school, not by this page. Where the two differ, that agreement wins.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Harbor Tech Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. You can reach us at hello@harbor.co.nz.
2. Using this site
You are welcome to read this website, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data.
- Scrape, probe or test the site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our written permission. If you want to report a security issue we would genuinely like to hear from you at hello@harbor.co.nz.
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or submit false information through our forms.
- Copy the site's design, code or written content wholesale and pass it off as your own.
3. What is on this site
The content here describes what Harbor does. We work hard to keep it accurate and we correct it when it drifts, but it is marketing material rather than a specification.
Screenshots and interface examples on this site are illustrative and use invented data. They do not show real students, families or schools. Figures describing the platform are accurate at the date shown and will change as the platform grows.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms part of any contract unless it is repeated in a signed agreement. Nothing here is legal, financial or compliance advice. A school remains responsible for meeting its own regulatory obligations.
4. Intellectual property
The Harbor name, logo, written content, design and code on this site belong to Harbor Tech Limited, except where we have identified something as belonging to someone else. Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify them, not to imply any endorsement beyond what we describe.
5. Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation's website we do not control that site, and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep this website available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, Harbor Tech Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
If you are acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
